Voici une copie de la lettre que nous avons envoyée aux différentes agences népalaises pour l’organisation de notre voyage 2001 au Népal pour l'ascension du Kwangde.

• Pour déterminer le déroulement journalier... nous avons tout d’abord regroupé toutes les informations disponibles sur l’ascension et la marche d’approche.
  
• En fonction du temps total disponible, (conditionné par les dates aller et retour de l’aérien), nous avons construit l’approche et le retour. Le temps intermédiaire étant consacré à l’ascension.
  
• Nous n’avons pas détaillé précisément l’itinéraire de trek que nous avons choisi, nous le demanderons ultérieurement pour pouvoir évaluer la compétence réelle des agences. ( Interessant uniquement pour des régions peu connues ).
  
• Les services demandés ont été suffisamment détaillés pour ne laisser de place à aucune ambiguïté.
  
• Pour un 1er contact, le choix des hôtels n’a pas été abordé. Il le sera après une 1er sélection des agences, en demandant exactement les hôtels qui nous conviennent le mieux.

We are a group of 6 french people and are organizing an expedition to KWANGDE in KUMBU from 28th october to 24th november.We are looking for a trekking nepalease agency able to provide the expedition logistic for the trekking part of the expedition.

Detailled description of the expedition.

• D1- Arriving in KTM.
• D2- Flight between KTM and PHAPLU.
• D3 to D10 Trekking in LUNDING VALLEY to BC ( For the trek we would like to follow a direct itinary to LUNDING VALLEY from RINGMO.
• D11 to D21 Climbing period.
• D22 to D26 Return from BC to LUKLA.
• D26 Fligh LUKLA to KTM.
• D26 to D29 Free days in KTM.
• D 29 Flight KTM to PARIS.
  

Requested Services :

1. Local transporting to and from airport.
2. Lodging in KTM (1 night in Bed and Breakfast in arrival and 3 nights in B &B in departure.)
3. Flight From KTM to PHAPLU.
4. Treking peak permit for KWANGDE.
5. Lodging and food for :
   * ( PHAPLU to BC ( 9 days)
   * ( Climbing period (6 days food in BC, we provide our altitude food for the other days.)
   * ( BC to LUKLA (3 days.)
6. Mess tent, chairs, table, toilet tent for trek.
7. Mattress for trek and BC.
8. Altitude equipment for coolies and mess tent for coolies.
9. Luggage transportation for climbing equipement.

Not included.

1. Airport taxes.
2. Personnel expenses.
3. Climbing equipement.
4. Altitude food.
5. Lunch and meal in KTM.
6. Climbing sherpa ( We don't need a climbing sherpa for the summit exploration)
